Really , though . How severely is it ? You might think those cows are happily grazing that sweet grass . Truth : They are felicitous and grazing .
But sometimes there ’s that ONE moo-cow that just slips away . Vanishes into thin air like steam .
You see , this in reality happened to me . Our landlord for thatrented pasturecalled to narrate us one of our cows was missing .
Strange Situation
Here ’s the thing , though . One moo-cow does not just disappear into tenuous atmosphere . Typically , if one moo-cow gets out , she takes others with her . Cattle are social brute and last in herd .
So , the billet of “ one cow missing ” just did not seem right .
After walking our fence wrinkle completely , we concluded the fences were ok . Plus , if there was a broken spot in the fencing , more Bos taurus would have escaped .
It is very unmated for just one moo-cow to go miss . Two things could have happened :
Someone might have come with a trailer and loaded her up .
Someone will the gate open ( just for a second ) and she wandered out .
We knew our landlord was get a new building built on the property . Contractors were coming in and out through the pasture to get to the building site .
So , do you think mayhap the contractor were leaving Friday night in a haste for their weekend ? And peradventure one of them left the gate heart-to-heart ?
There was also the chance of our landlord ’s booster or mob derive through to get to the camping site or fishing pool . Whatever the grounds , why would someone steal one cow ? Why not steal all of them ?
