Participants will grow in person and professionally , through leaders and business skill education , engagement with a green diligence connection , and mop up of a LEAD Project . The LEAD Project is a year - long assignment where participants Learn and research an industriousness issue , take with their team and others , Adopt a place and root , and render an analysis and passport .
