greeting again from British Columbia . The quick days just fly when you are having fun . It has been an incredible gardening year . The winter was modest except for a few blow - occupy weeks , and bounce came early . The garden perennial surpass my expectations this yr . The plant , in their fifth year , matured and fill up in nicely , let in the new additions . It ’s all beginning to look like the bungalow garden I had fancy .
My favorite plants have always been the ace that will flourish with minimal care , as my gardening clock time stay modified because of work and syndicate . Given a choice , though , I ’m quite glad to spend hours from dawn to dusk puttering around in the garden .

This year , I did not need many yearbook to fill in the gaps . However , being the unsatisfied somebody that I am , I turn over up more bed , which became home to the Annabelles . Meantime , the other bed again are filled with annuals , sown from ejaculate economize from previous geezerhood . Rudbeckias , zinnias , Nicotiana , vervain , and marigolds remain my front-runner . The fragrant Nicotiana , verbenas , and bidens had reseeded themselves , add to the garden tapestry .
The follow photos show the part of the garden that I previously shared . The perennial within the bottom include Endless Summer ’s ‘ blush Bride ’ hydrangea(Hydrangea macrophylla‘Blushing Bride ’ ) , paniculatas such as Quick Fire and Pinky Winky , daylilies , and a generous scattering of Shasta daisies . The astilbes enjoyed the partial shade provided by the plum tree diagram . The bright Red of the wild bergamot and crocosmia are still the constant in these layer . composition of Funka , Silver Knight heather , royal rhododendrons , rose silene , wild foxglove , bearded irises , oriental lily , asters , Liatris spicata , Abyssinian gladiolus , and sedums also grace these areas . I careen and aggroup like plants for easy rate of flow along the border . I selected all plant life with the Bob Hope of extending the flowering period from spring to precipitate , with summer being the most colorful .
Cheers ,

Adeline Kong
